to look at your house at it at all hours of the day and evening.
On average, after 4 to 5 months you’ll get an offer. If
you accept the offer, it could take another 45-60 days for the
lender to approve the buyer’s loan. You continue to pay
payments as you wait. |

those commissions and closing costs, which makes it even more
difficult to sell. |

repairs to be made by you. If any repairs need to be made, we
do them after the sale at our expense. |
Most people want the house in top condition before they buy
it. After making expensive repairs just to get the home marketable,
the seller will get an offer from a buyer that is below the
asking price, and it will include a list of additional annoying
repairs to be made at the seller’s expense. |
